MVC’s matching process fulfills our mission to “Provide clients and candidates with concierge-level service on their journey toward the right match, thereby increasing a candidate’s quality of life and a practice’s quality of medicine.”

To match our clients with the best possible candidate, we utilize a multi-step matchmaking process:

First, we’ll meet with you to create a comprehensive practice profile. We want to thoroughly understand all aspects of your practice in order to find you the most suitable new team member.

The screening of candidates begins with an initial pool of applicants, pulled by MVC hiring specialists from all over the country.  We begin pulling candidates via a four-step interview process with our team including written and oral interviews and reference checks. 

A compatibility assessment tool is used following the interviews between you and the candidate as one more step in our efforts to match you with the best possible fit for your practice

Criminal background checks are run on each candidate at your request. We also assist with designing a compensation package including salary and benefits.
